We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and PRN C.N.A.'s for the AM shift, PM shift, NOC shift and Double Weekends. CNA experience preferred. Punctuality and teamwork a must with excellent communication skills. CNA experience as a CNA in a health care setting preferred. Current CNA license with Arizona State Board of Nursing is required, CPR and a level one Fingerprint Clearance card. • Achieves patient transportation appointments by calling Dr Offices and scheduling/arranging appointments in an order to which you can take the patients to and from appointments daily. Reviewing the patient’s information that is received in order to see if appointments requested are needed and regarding why the patient is in the facility.

Dietary Aide

Activity Director

The Center at Arrowhead is a 96 bed short-term rehab/SNF facility whose goal is to assist patients in making the transition from hospital to home.

The primary purpose of the Activity Director is planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Some daily tasks would include: • Encouraging/inviting all residents to participate in scheduled activity • Leading/ instructing patients during game/crafts/ social activity • Adapting crafts/games to ensure patients of all skill levels can participate • Interviewing new patients to assess their leisure needs • 1:1 visits with patients who cannot attend group activities • Passing out flyers/newsletters/calendars • Assisting with parties/ large events, including patient and staff events • Keeping all activity areas clean and organized. • Charting patients daily participation (some computer skills required for this) • Transporting patients to and from room/ activity room/ dining area • Assisting other departments when needed, i.e. answering call lights, help pass food trays, assist in the dining room. • Must abide by all state regulations and company policies. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, occasional evenings for events. Experience working with the elderly is preferred. Must have outgoing, friendly personality. Feel comfortable speaking publicly, teaching games or crafts. Prefer someone who is creative and enjoys doing arts/crafts.

Must be flexible and easily adapt to situations. Have to think on your feet when an activity is not going well. Must be prepared to work with people who have severe disabilities, memory problems, behavior problems.
